Morgen was apprenticed to master goldsmith Franco Benveniere in 2005. She still uses the techniques of the ancient Italian artisans in all her work today.
Apprenticed to a Medicine Man
Morgen finished her training in rural Montana with reknown Cherokee silversmith Heyoka Merrifield. Here, she learned that every necklace can have a story.
Awards & Galleries
Nominated for the prestigious Saul Bell Award in 2018, Morgen's work has received many awards in juried exhibitions across the United States. She has shown in galleries such as the Longworth Gallery in Santa Fe and the Maui Enchantress, as well as art festivals including the Santa Monica Contemporary Crafts Market and the Indian Wells Art Festival.
